The cooler for compressed air
has been developed in order to regain energy from blowers which for example
are used to aeration basins on waste water treatment plants.

|
Benefits |
► |
The air is led around the cooper loops that
are arranged as the mantle area of a cylinder. The cooling agent flows
within the cooper loops. |
➜➜ |
The rugged construction results in a low pressure drop and in a
minimized risk for failures due to clogging. |
► |
Axial mounting on the air pipe. |
➜➜ |
Simple installation on new and existing pipes. |
► |
Coaxial installed cooling system. |
➜➜ |
Compact design for little demand of space. |
► |
Mantle and front sides are coupled with flanges. |
➜➜ |
Easy dismounting for inspection and maintenance. |

Guarantee
Besides dimensioning of the
cooler, we offer to take part in the planning stage. That means that we take
responsibility for dimensioning of all other equipment like
air blowers,
air compressors and pipe systems as well.
Welding of pipes and installation of all mechanical components is included
in our delivery. When being granted to take part during planning stage, we
can offer an process guarantee.
